All items made by us are guaranteed from defects and are deemed suitable for the purpose for which they are sold. In case of any complaint please call first on 01495 248928 and we will do our best to resolve any problem. If you are unhappy for any reason with goods supplied we offer a no quibble refund providing the goods are returned in the same condition as delivered and within 3 days of receipt of goods.
For personalised items no returns are accepted unless there are clear issues such as misspelling of names ( if our fault) or faulty goods are supplied.
Deposits are refundable on a discretionary basis. Deposits for personalised items are not refundable due to the cost of design work. However, deposits will not exceed 20% of full cost price unless special materials or fixtures need purchasing by us to complete an order.
